At AIS, we believe that sports are an integral part of the educational process and play a significant role in promoting physical, mental, and social well-being, and they provide entertainment and enjoyment for millions of people around the world. We have integrated sports into our curriculum. We have best sports infrastructure and our expert professional coach supports different sports like Futsal, Swimming, Basketball, Volleyball, chess, Handball, Karate, Cricket, Skating, Table tennis, Tug Of War, and badminton. Also, the students get opportunities to participate in varied recreational programs that include gymnastics, aerobics, athletics, and exercise.
1. Futsal:
At AIS Futsal is being loved by all the staff and students, It is known for its emphasis on technical skill, quick decision-making, and creativity. The smaller court and heavier ball require players to have excellent ball control and precise passing. The game is played with five players on each team, including a goalkeeper, and the matches are typically divided into two 20-minute halves.

Our students enjoy playing chess because it is played for recreation and enjoyment, and it has been shown to have cognitive benefits, such as improving memory, concentration, and decision-making abilities.

3. Tug Of War:
At AIS we always encourage our students for Tug of War because it is a fun and engaging sport that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and friendly competition. It requires strength, endurance, and teamwork. The players must work together to pull the rope, and strategy and technique are also important. The sport is typically played by eight people on each team, with a minimum weight limit for each player to ensure a level playing field.

At AIS, we always promote cricket among our students because It is a sport that requires a combination of skill, strategy, and mental toughness, and it is enjoyed by millions of fans around the world.

5. Swimming:
At AIS, we have weekly classes of swimming for our students because it is a fun and healthy activity . Swimming is a popular water-based recreational activity, as well as a competitive sport. We have a professional swimming teacher to teach all strokes of swimming, including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.

6. Karate:
